In order to celebrate the first anniversary of the promulgation of the Civil Code, further strengthen the promotion of the Civil Code and in-depth study and implementation of Xi Jinping's thoughts on the rule of law in the new era. According to the requirements of the Provincial SASAC and Shandong Guohui Investment Co., Ltd, on August 20, 2021, Qingdao Zhonghai Marine Biological Resources Development Co., Ltd held a training activity on the Civil Code. The meeting invited lawyer Liu Juan from Shandong Zhongcheng Qingtai Law Firm (Chengyang Branch) to train the staff.
The main content of the training was related to the property rights and contract editions of the Civil Code, and Zhonghai Marine employees actively participated in the training. At the meeting, Ms. Liu Juan explained the way of contract formation, the use and avoidance of form clauses, the change of guarantee liability, and the transfer of mortgaged property, etc. She also exchanged views with the participants on hot issues on the spot. The employees listened carefully to the explanation of the new and deleted contents of the Civil Code by lawyer Liu Juan, responded positively to the questions raised by lawyer Liu, and showed their keen interest in the Civil Code.
In addition to the training, the company also issued the Civil Code series books to the employees, creating a strong atmosphere of learning the law, abiding by the law and using the law. Everyone expressed that they had a new understanding of the meaning of the Civil Code, a deeper understanding of the content of the Civil Code, a deep feeling that the Civil Code is closely related to everyone's life, and that the legal literacy and rule of law level of employees had been significantly improved.
