The company has creatively developed a way to use the wild marine fish (sardine, anchovy, herring) with huge reserves in the ocean for deep processing and comprehensive utilization. The company has built a set of marine fishery resources "high value, pollution-free, full utilization" of the resource development model.
Since 2003, Mr. Lu Liangzhong, the general consultant of the company, has been committed to the deep development of marine protein and marine oil series products using marine low-value biological resources, industrialization and application, guiding the transformation and upgrading of international and domestic marine low-value biological resources processing industry, helping the national marine strategy, food security and healthy China. He has been awarded the honorary titles of Jiangnan University Visiting Professor, Taishan Scholar Blue Industry Program Expert, Qingdao Innovation and Entrepreneurial Talent, National Ministry of Science and Technology Innovation and Entrepreneurship Leading Talent, and National Ten Thousand Plan Leading Talent. With Mr. Lu Liangzhong as the leader of the innovation and entrepreneurship team, after years of technical research, we have gradually broken through the key technologies and equipment in the process of deep processing and comprehensive utilization of wild marine fish resources, and opened up the industrial chain, which has transformed and upgraded the whole industry and greatly reduced the gap with the international.
Zhonghai Ocean and domestic universities Jiangnan University, Henan University of Technology, Soochow University and other universities to establish in-depth cooperation between industry, academia and research, industrialization and application of scientific research results, the establishment of joint laboratories, training backbone of scientific research personnel. It has established strategic cooperation with Qingdao Institute of Marine Biomedicine and built a joint laboratory of marine active peptide to develop new products of marine protein high value comprehensive utilization, active peptide mapping, series of functional food and marine biomedicine. We have also established stable, in-depth and long-term strategic cooperation with Ghent University in Belgium, Norwegian Institute of Science and Technology and World Aquatic Society.
At present, more than 20 international and domestic leading patented technologies and equipment have been formed, breaking through the industrial bottleneck, completely opening up the whole industrial chain from wild marine fish resources to high value-added marine biological products, and truly realizing "the full utilization of a sea fish with high value and no pollution". Marine oil: short-range molecular distillation deacidification technology of marine oil, light deodorization technology of marine oil, high-purity EPA/DHA purification and separation technology (included in the 13th Five-Year Plan of the National Marine Fisheries Bureau - Industry Chain Collaborative Innovation Project in 2018). Marine protein: marine protein air-energy low-temperature drying technology to prevent protein denaturation, marine protein thorough degreasing technology, marine protein extraction bioactive peptide technology. Marine seasoning: fish juice substitution for soybean fermentation to produce seafood seasoning technology.
The company also establishes cooperation with China Ocean University in the field of industry-university-research, and the two sides cooperate deeply in marine fish oligomerization 2016 National Marine Fisheries Bureau 13th Five-Year Plan - Industry Chain Collaborative Innovation Project 5 national, provincial and municipal peptides and other product analysis, biological function research and joint research and development of nutritional food formulations; construction and establishment of Qingdao Marine Protein, Marine Oil and Fat Engineering Research Center and Qingdao Marine Protein, Marine Oil and Fat Expert Workstation 2 municipal level. The company has established two municipal-level scientific research platforms, namely Qingdao Marine Protein and Marine Oil Engineering Research Center and Qingdao Marine Protein and Marine Oil Expert Workstation. The scientific and technological achievements of "Deep processing key technology and high value-added product development of wild marine fish resources" completed by the company were appraised by experts from the China Cereals and Oils Association. The company is making full use of the research platform of Qingdao Marine Lipid and Marine Protein Engineering Research Center and expert workstation to carry out functional scientific research on marine oligopeptides and functional product development; the company is building the China Ocean Research Institute to carry out research on marine active peptides and marine lipids for human health; accelerating the introduction of scientific research talents and the construction of postdoctoral workstation and academician workstation.
